Dr Nicolai Vella Falzon, Managing Partner and Head of the Commercial and Corporate Law Department of the firm, addressed the Chamber of Advocates’ Annual Company Law Conference 2021 held on 17 November as part of a round table discussion centred around the Present and Future of Maltese Company Law. The conference discussed the theme “Recent Issues, Challenges, and New Directions in Company Law”.
