Senior Associate within the Litigation Department Dr Carl Grech was invited to participate in a discussion on the state of the law courts and legal profession on the Breakfast show TVAM, which aired live on the 1st October 2021.

Various themes were discussed amongst whliich the correct reporting of ongoing cases by media outlets, the availability of resources in the law courts and principally the need for better functioning judicial system.
