Alison Vassallo who heads our Yachting Department has been re-elected as Chairperson of the Yachting Services Trade Section (YSTS) within the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry for a second two year term. The members of the YSTS represent and operate actively in a wide range of yachting services and are experts in their respective fields. This represents a valuable pool of resources and renders the YSTS well equipped in acting as a consultative partner with the Government as a prominent stakeholder in the industry which represents the interests of its various members.
The aim of the Yachting Services Trade section is also that of identifying and raising the challenges faced by the various facets of the industry with the relative authorities with a view to finding workable solutions. The YSTS is also a member of the International Superyacht Society and regularly attends meetings held in Amsterdam and Monaco.
