Delivery of MSC Seashore – Fenech & Fenech Marine handle the passenger ship’s registration under the Malta flag

On 26^th July 2021, MSC Cruises took delivery of the MSC Seashore from the Fincantieri Shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy. This is the second ship to join the MSC cruise fleet this year and our Ship Registration department is delighted to have assisted with the vessel’s registration under the Malta flag. The Ship Finance team at Fenech & Fenech Advocates was also engaged by the financing banks to assist with the Maltese aspects and documentation relating to the financing side of the vessel’s delivery.

The MSC Seashore has introduced the next generation of MSC Cruises’ Seaside Class of Ships, an upgrade on the Seaside Class, joining sister ships MSC Seaside and MSC Seaview, launched in 2017 and 2018 respectively. She will debut this summer commencing from the Mediterranean.
