Following last year’s success, the Shipping Departments within Fenech & Fenech Advocates are pleased to announce that they shall once again be offering “An Introduction to Shipping Law” as part of the Degree Plus Programme at the University of Malta. This year’s weekly sessions will take place between Wednesday 5th March, and Wednesday, 14th May 2025.

The study unit will include lectures by Partners Ann Fenech, Adrian Attard and Alison Vassallo as well as other lawyers within the maritime practice within Fenech & Fenech.

Who is this course aimed towards?

This course is primarily designed for law students who may not have had the opportunity to take shipping law credits as part of their studies, as well as those looking to widen their knowledge in this area of law. It is also open to other students who may wish to broaden their understanding of maritime law. For those who were unable to register or attend last year, do not miss out on this opportunity to gain a holistic overview of the world of shipping law.
