On Thursday the 21st of January 2021, Dr. Carl Grech and Dr. Nicholas DeBono from the Local Litigation Department delivered a debt recovery seminar in collaboration with The Society Education to over 50 participants from different corporate and academic backgrounds. The topics covered included; Executive Titles vis-à-vis Debt Collection, the 166A Judicial Letter, the Special Summary Proceedings, Precautionary & Executive warrants, the European Payment Order and Small Claims Procedure as well as the implications of Hypotechs & Guarantees in Debt Collection.
