The 2019 edition of the Fenech & Fenech Malta Employment Law Conference was held on Friday 22 March at Salini Resort. Participants were treated to a very stimulating panel discussion moderated by Dr Paul Gonzi –  “HR & the Law: How Many Hats Do You Wear?”, with the distinguished participation of MS Sonia Hernandez, CEO of Vodafone Malta, Mr Konrad Pule, General Manager of Malta Public Transport and Mr Karl Diacono, Director and CEO of Fenlex Corporate Services.

Two round-table case study sessions engaged participants in a hands-on evaluation of scenarios that required an appreciation of various aspects of law, particularly but not limited to, employment law and data protection. Finally the Fenech & Fenech Legal Team gave various presentations on Legal Updates with respect to Employment, Tax and Tribunal Procedures, whilst discussing new amendments that are in the pipeline.
