Ann Fenech, head of the Marine Litigation Department was yesterday invited to address the 2^nd international maritime transport course in Dubrovnik on Judicial Sale of Ships.

Ann Fenech who is also the vice president of CMI and CMI co-ordinator for working group VI at UNCTIRAL currently deliberating the draft convention on the international effects of judicial sales, discussed the importance of this convention and the status of progress of the deliberations relating to this draft at UNCITRAL.
