Ann Fenech who heads the Marine Litigation Department was the guest on the current affairs programme “Maghkom” on NET TV last week. The theme of the programme was Maritime Malta. Dr. Fenech explained the extent to which Malta is truly a maritime nation servicing the international maritime community in all its aspects ranging from ship repair to ship registration, from towage to bunkering, from transhipment to maritime education.
