Managing Partner Ann Fenech was invited to speak at the Marine Money Superyachts Forum held in Monaco yesterday inaugurating the Monaco Boat Show. She spoke about how Maltese law offers protection to mortgagees when owners default on their repayment. She used the case of the M.Y. Indian Empress which has been ongoing throughout this summer as an example of what can occur and what solutions Maltese law provides.
