Ann Fenech, Partner and Head of the Marine Litigation Department was re-elected Vice President of the Comite Maritime International for a second term. Dr. Fenech currently co-chairs the International Working Group on Judicial Sales and is the CMI co-ordinator for this project at UNCITRAL currently deliberating the 4th Annotated Revision of the Beijing Draft Convention on the Effects of Judicial Sale of Ship.
