Ann Fenech, Head of the Marine Litigation Department was invited again this year to give two lectures to the IMLI class of 2025 / 2026. She lectured on “The Role of the Maritime Law Practitioner – Local and International”. The focus of the lecture was applying domestic law and international conventions in the practical resolution of maritime disputes.

Ann Fenech has been lecturing at the International Maritime Law Institute since 1993.
