Ann Fenech invited to speak at the IBA Maritime and Transport Law Committee Conference in Cape Town

Ann Fenech will be delivering a presentation on the United Nations Convention on the International Effects of Judicial Sales of Ships in Cape Town on Wednesday, 5th March during the conference entitled The Cape of Storms: A comparative navigation of current hot topics in maritime and transportation law. She will be discussing the relevance of the Convention to purchasers of ships in judicial sales and their financiers, as well as to ship registrars. The Convention came into force on the 17th of February. Ann Fenech was the CMI co-ordinator for the project at UNCITRAL.
