Partner and CMI Vice President Ann Fenech was invited by the Instituto IberoAmericano di Derecho Marittimo in Lima, Peru to address a Webinar on the  2^nd December.   The Webinar focused on recent developments in International Maritime Law.  Ann spoke about  the latest draft of the convention on the effects of judicial sale of ships currently being deliberated by Working Group V1 at UNCITRAL.
