Earlier this month, Ann Fenech Head of the Marine Litigation Department, in her capacity as President of the Comite Maritime International, was bestowed with Honorary Membership of the Italian Maritime Association. This took place during the Association’s Annual General Meeting, held in Genoa, during the 125th Anniversary celebrations of the founding of the Italian Maritime Law Association.
The AGM was followed by a Seminar during which she was interviewed on the role of the CMI in today’s ever evolving maritime environment.
