Head of our Marine Litigation Department, Ann Fenech, in her capacity as President of the Comité Maritime International (CMI), was invited to attend the Spring Meeting of the MLAUS held in New York last week, commemorating its 125th Anniversary.

During the AGM held at the New York Bar, she spoke about the close ties between the CMI and the MLAUS, and brought the Assembly up to date with the current projects and activities of the CMI.
