Ann Fenech, Head of our Marine Litigation Department, was invited to participate in a panel discussion on “The Art of Inclusive Leadership” at the Hili Ventures Vision conference. The panel was chaired by Dr. Jo Salter, Britain’s first female fighter-jet pilot and former Director of Global Transformative Leadership at PwC.

Dr. Fenech spoke of her experiences on inclusive leadership during her 12-year tenure as past Managing Partner of Fenech & Fenech Advocates and her current role as President of the Comite Maritime International, and what society expects and demands from inclusive leadership.
