Alison Vassallo who heads our Yachting Department was invited by Ince & Co London as a guest speaker at its Spring Superyacht Seminar. Alison provided an update on the application of the Guidelines relative to long term chartering and the Maltese lease. The Seminar, organised by Ince & Co on a regular basis, also provided delegates coming from a cross section of the yachting industry with an update on the GDPR rules that are to be introduced shortly while Pendennis Shipyard provided the audience with an interesting update of its latest projects.
