Fenech & Fenech is proud to announce the appointment of Alison Vassallo, Partner and Head of the Yachting Department, as the Malta Legal Representative for the Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA).

By virtue of this appointment Alison shall form part of the MYBA EU Legal Consortium (MEULC) composed of leading lawyers from the main yachting jurisdictions who both advise MYBA and their members on key legal issues and also act as their representative before the competent local authorities of the jurisdictions concerned.

MYBA is the international professional Worldwide Yachting Association made up of Corporate and Individual Members having a proven track record of professional excellence and which are involved in many levels of the variety of disciplines of which the superyacht industry is composed.

MYBA is also the creator of the industry’s most respected and widely used contracts, the MYBA Sales & Purchase Agreement (MoA) and the MYBA Charter Agreement, which together with their associated documents are regularly updated as regulations and the global market change. It also owns and organises the very successful MYBA Charter Show, one of the most important events of the international yachting calendar.
