Fenech & Fenech Advocates are proud to present the Fenech & Fenech Maritime Series: Talks with the Industry, consisting of a series of four webinars running throughout 2021.
After the success of the first two webinars in this series, ‘Effects of Brexit on Maritime Claims’ and ‘Covid -19 and the Cruise Line Industry’, Fenech & Fenech Advocates are pleased to announce their third webinar to be held on Tuesday, 26th of October 2021 at noon (CET) entitled ‘Judicial Sales of Vessels: Challenges and Expectations’.
This webinar will feature a panel discussion with industry stakeholders from the maritime sector sharing their views on the challenges leading up to a judicial sale of a vessel and the expectations of financiers, prospective purchasers and other interested parties. It will also discuss judicial sales in Malta as well as the UNCITRAL Draft Instrument on the Judicial Sale of Ships.
