Sarah Fenech, Senior Associate within the Corporate and Commercial Department, has authored Part 5 of a series of FAQs that explore the Cross-Border Mergers of Limited Liability Companies Regulations 2023, recently published in the Times of Malta.

Part 4 of the FAQs focused on the main changes and the new requirements related to the cross-border merger documentation under the 2023 CBM Regulations. Part 5 focuses on the enhanced protections granted to stakeholders of a Maltese merging company when compared with the repealed CBM Regulations.
