On 11 June 2025, the Commissioner for Tax and Customs (“CfTC”) published a notice to inform taxpayers that the deadline to submit their personal income tax return for Year of Assessment 2025 (Basis Year 2024) is 30 June 2025. Taxpayers who opt to file their personal income tax return through the CfTC’s online portal may benefit from an extension of one month, with the deadline for electronically filed returns being 31 July 2025.
