The Commissioner for Revenue has published the Guidelines on the Mandatory Automatic Exchange of Information in relation to Cross-Border Arrangements (DAC 6). The Guidelines focus on the transposition of DAC 6 into Maltese law and should be read and construed in accordance with Cooperation with other Jurisdictions on Tax Matters Regulations (S.L 123.127).
