Dr Maria DeBono and Dr Thomas Bugeja from Fenech & Fenech Advocates recently conducted an online course in collaboration with  21 Academy on Company Liquidation and Company Recovery. Attendees were given a basic introduction to the topics as a whole and explored the concepts of dissolution and the liquidation of companies under Maltese Law.
