Mattea Pullicino, Associate in our Employment Law Department attended the 7th EELA-ERA Annual Seminar on European Labour Law in Brussels last week.

The Seminar tackled:

– The new 2019 Directive on work-life balance for parents and carers
– The new 2019 Directive on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions and its impact for workers’ rights in the gig economy and other non-standard     forms of work
– Recent developments in mobility of workers: new posting of workers rules & newly established European Labour Authority
– The new 2019 Directive on whistleblowing
