Dr. Ann Fenech presented a paper on the private law perspective of the effects of the covid pandemic and safety measures taken during the pandemic on the Maritime sector. This symposium attracted a vast number of persons from all over the world who spoke about the importance of inter state co-operation particularly in the space of maritime safety and security.
