Fenech & Fenech Advocates is a leading multi-disciplinary law firm with a predominantly international clientele, providing tailored legal services across all practice areas. The firm is seeking to recruit highly motivated lawyers to work within its Tax & Immigration Law Department.

The firm’s Tax & Immigration Law team is the oldest such dedicated legal team amongst the major law firms in Malta and has been providing a comprehensive tax service in house to its largely international clientele for several decades now.

Our team of specialised lawyers provides personalised, results driven advice to the organisation’s many corporate and private clients, providing both legal and practical support to clients wishing to operate in Malta or make Malta their home. The Team is also regularly involved in advising on firm briefs across a range of practice areas, such as M&A transactions and asset finance, gaming, aviation, shipping, etc., as well as representing clients involved in tax disputes with the local Revenue. Working together with our Fenlex group Tax Compliance Team of tax accountants, the Team provides clients with a ‘one stop shop’ tax and immigration law service.

Applicants should be fully qualified lawyers, having at least two years’ previous work experience. This post could also be an excellent opportunity for lawyers currently active in the immigration/private client sphere wishing to expand their horizons by also gaining experience and expertise in advising corporate clients on tax issues.
Any additional qualifications relating to taxation will be considered an asset.
An attractive remuneration and benefits package that is commensurate with the applicant’s experience and qualifications will be offered to the chosen candidate. Training, both internal and external, will be provided on an ongoing basis.

Interested candidates should send their application together with a detailed CV to: careers@fenechlaw.com

All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence. Personal data provided by a candidate will be processed by the Organisation for the purposes of its recruitment process and in case of employment for the purposes of the employee’s relationship with the Firm.
